We were invited back to facilite the Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery annual meeting, this time in Edinburgh Scotland.

The popular NAHP Wetlab was again ran which included a huge variety of different workshops for participants to rotate around, this included:

Coronary anatomy and wetlab,

Aortic Valve,

Wedge resection and Stapling,

Chest drain..

Plus lots of simulators and drylab stations.

However this year SCTS introduced a brand new wetlab element, we ran a ticketed wetlab enough for 16 delegates at a time, the sessions included:

CABG Surgery

Aortic Valve and Aortic Root Surgery

Mitral Valve Surgery

and Congenital.

It was a huge success with each session being booked up with a large waiting list.
